Men’s Streetwear Manufacturer for US & EU Brands

If you are building a men’s streetwear label for the US or European market, you need a men’s streetwear manufacturer that understands how menswear is supposed to fit, feel, and hold up after washing, not just a supplier that can put a logo on a blank. StitchQuote develops and produces cut-and-sew menswear for independent brands: heavyweight hoodies, boxy and oversized tees, washed denim, joggers, and matching sets, starting from 50 pieces per style (denim from 100).

Who this page is for

Most of the founders we work with fall into one of three groups. Some are launching a first drop and want a small, controlled run to test demand. Some have outgrown printed blanks and want their own fit, fabric, and labels. Others already sell well and need a steady production partner for repeat styles and new colorways. In every case, the goal is the same: a men’s product that looks intentional on the body and stays consistent from sample to bulk to reorder.

What we make for menswear brands

Hoodies and sweatshirts

Men’s streetwear hoodies live or die on weight, drape, and proportion. We develop pullover and zip hoodies in French terry and brushed fleece, with drop-shoulder, boxy, and oversized blocks, double-layer hoods, and rib cuffs and hems that keep their shape. See our custom hoodie manufacturer page for fabric weights and construction options.

T-shirts

For tees, the details that matter in menswear are body width, sleeve length, shoulder drop, neck rib height, and how the fabric behaves after washing. We make heavyweight, boxy, cropped, and oversized cuts with screen print, puff print, embroidery, and washed finishes. Learn more on our custom T-shirt manufacturer page.

Denim

Men’s jeans and denim jackets need more development than knits: fabric weight and stretch, wash direction, hardware, pocket placement, and leg shape all have to be approved before bulk. That is why denim starts from 100 pieces per style. Our custom denim manufacturer page covers washes, fits, and what to approve at the sample stage.

Joggers, sweatpants, and matching sets

Joggers and sweatsuits look simple, but rise, seat, inseam, and cuff opening decide whether they read as streetwear or loungewear. When a hoodie and pant are sold as a set, we balance proportions and match fabric shade across both pieces. See custom joggers manufacturing for details.

Cut-and-sew, built around your brand

Everything above is made through cut-and-sew manufacturing: the garment is built from fabric to your pattern, rather than decorated on a stock blank. That gives you control over fit, fabric, color, and finishing, and it is what lets a brand develop a signature silhouette. Combined with private label details such as custom neck labels, care labels, hang tags, and packaging, the finished product carries your brand, not ours.

Fit for US and European men

Men’s streetwear customers in the US and Europe tend to shop by fit before anything else. A boxy tee that is too short, a hoodie whose shoulders sit in the wrong place, or jeans that shrink a size after the first wash will show up quickly in returns and reviews. That is why we treat the size chart, grading, and wash testing as part of development, not an afterthought. During sampling we check key measurements such as chest width, body length, shoulder, sleeve, rise, and inseam against your target, and we review how the garment changes after washing so the numbers on your product page match what customers receive.

If you sell in both markets, tell us early. Size labels, measurement units, and care labeling are easier to get right during sampling than after bulk production has started.

MOQ and sampling

  • MOQ: most categories start from 50 pieces per style; denim starts from 100 pieces per style.
  • Sampling: a 7-day sample is usually possible for standard styles with confirmed specifications and available materials.
  • Longer development: complex design changes, custom-developed fabrics, and technical denim washes usually need more time, and we will tell you upfront.

How a men’s streetwear project works

  1. Send your brief. Share a tech pack, reference garments, or images, plus target quantities and timing. The clearer the brief, the more useful the first sample.
  2. Confirm specs and quote. We confirm fabric, fit, decoration, labels, and MOQ, and flag anything that affects cost or lead time.
  3. Sample and fit review. You review the sample on a real body, check measurements against your size chart, and send comments.
  4. Approve the pre-production sample. Fit, fabric, color, print or embroidery, and trims are locked before cutting.
  5. Bulk production and QC. Production follows the approved sample, with checks before packing and shipping.

FAQ

What is your MOQ for men’s streetwear?

Most categories start from 50 pieces per style. Denim starts from 100 pieces per style because washes, hardware, and setup are more complex.

Can I get a sample in 7 days?

For standard styles with confirmed specifications and available materials, a 7-day sample is usually possible. Custom fabrics, complex changes, and technical denim washes take longer.

Do I need a tech pack?

A tech pack helps, but it is not required to start. Reference garments and images with measurements can be enough for a first conversation; we will tell you what is missing before sampling.

Can you add my own labels and packaging?

Yes. Private label details such as neck labels, care labels, hang tags, and packaging can be included in the same project.

Do you only make menswear?

Our focus is men’s and unisex streetwear: hoodies, tees, denim, joggers, and sets. If your project sits outside that, send the brief and we will tell you honestly whether it is a good fit.
